This way your Excel cache will not be deleted.
Option 2: From Packages Folder
You may also have Excel cache files in the Packages folder of Microsoft. Check out the steps to identify and remove it from your PC:
- Follow steps 1-5 from the Option 1.
- Click on Packages.

- Click on AC and select #!123.
